Victoria Falls Day Trip We were happy using this company to take us on a one day trip from Botswana to Zambia for a day trip of Victoria Falls. Chris was such a great communicator and created an excellent itinerary to get the most out of our day trip. We had an amazing trip starting with a microlight, then a swim in angel's pool, then a hike next to the falls and finally a zipline. He was able to get us quickly across the border both ways and made our trip very enjoyable! He was very knowledgeable about the falls and very good communicator when planning our trip. Thanks again!

Fantastic- One Stop Shop Chris Tours - Used for our Transfers too Botswana/Namibia. Absolutely everything was taken care of with this company . Driver Steve was super nice , efficient service and informative on our drive . On our return journey we were told late afternoon that our departure from Lodge was now 0930 not 1100 as planned ! We immediately called Chris in Livingstone too explain the changes - calmly he took it upon himself too check with agents in Namibia and was their too meet our ferry at 1030 - 2.5 hrs earlier than planned. Safari in Botswana. Chris and his team was fantastic at putting together a safari to Botswana from Livingstone for 2days and 2 nights despite it being slow season. He not only arranged everything but also personally drove us to Botswana and back to Livingstone. Thanks again Chris and it was a pleasure to meet you.

Prompt, courteous, professional Based upon Tripadvisor reviews we engaged Chris for two services: take us to/from David Livingstone Safari Lodge to/from Victoria Falls Zimbabwe side, and a day trip to Chobe. Steve, who both us both times arrived on the dot, drove us comfortably and safely, and effectively took care of the border crossing formalities. Only regret was also not engaging Chris Tours for the transfers to/from the airport (we we had the hotel arrange). If we are ever back in the area, we will be be counting on Chris for our transportation needs.

Very Professional Chris (CTTL) arranged our transfer from Kasane to Livingstone (AVANI Vic Falls) for Christmas and return back again after Christmas. Every connection as you move through the various points were radioed through to the next person. We never waited on anyone! This transfer was done in such a professional matter, I would never do it otherwise. Despite the time of year and increased amount of people, every stop was a walk through for us. I can highly recommend Chris and his team. Their vehicles are new and nicely cooled with working aircons. And they always have cold water on-board for their guests. Thank you O'Brian, we really enjoyed travelling with you and appreciated the great care you took of us at the borders.

High quality service We booked for a return transfer from Livingstone airport to our hotel on the outskirts of town. Even though S.A. airways managed to mess up our flights by cancelling the flight both ways at short notice (managed to get on B.A. flights instead) the taxi was waiting for us. Clean taxi and prompt service to the hotel. Driver polite and gave some suggestions on what to see. On the return trip, arrived early and stayed with us until we had sorted new flights with B.A. which was very thoughtful. Would have no problem choosing this company for any future trips to the area.

Excellent service Based on TA recommendations we used Chris taxi service to take us to and from the airport as well as on day trip to Chobe. On 2 of the legs we were driven by the boss himself. Delightful gentleman as were all his staff. Always punctual and putting back our departure by 24 hours thanks to SAA going on strike was taken in their stride. One minor issue was a large crack in the windscreen of one of the cars. Whilst this would be seen as serious in the U.K., such issues are far from uncommon in the developing world and visitors need to ensure they do not impose their country’s standards onto local ones. At least there was not a bullet hole in the windscreen which I once saw in a developing country on another continent!
